      Most employees were wonderful to work with

      Inconvénients

      Management Sucked,boss stole $1400, another supervisor left me alone in store well she got drink out back and i got attacked by two racist women then they fired me but not the supervisor who caused most of the attack when she finally showed up encouraging these women to attack me, the day I was attacked was supposed to be my day off and as usual employees didn't show up so I was called and ask to come in, I covered not 2 shift not 2 shifts that day but 3 shifts without even a break

      Inconvénients

      Leadership Transparency: A severe lack of professional transparency from upper management. Retaliatory Management Culture: There is a distinct disconnect between corporate feedback initiatives and district-level execution. Honest participation in internal leadership and company feedback surveys is not met with constructive dialogue, but rather with immediate professional retaliation and termination.
