      No work and life balance Expected to stay out of state if the project doesnt get completed Organization of shop/shipments is very low and makes for a stressful work environment Expected to jump through hoops to get every job done Not of recognition for the amount of work done Lack of employees cause company to reach out to untrained, unreliable support labor

      Avantages

      While DFP has had some growing pains, it has all led to this being a great place to work. The leadership of this company is truly genuinely concerned with the wellbeing of the employees here, demonstrated in very real ways over the last year. Everyone is united by the common purpose of saving lives, which is a great thing to work for every day. The work environment is flexible, supportive, and fun. The people are all easy to work with and genuinely care about making clients happy, which is a nice change compared to many other companies out there. DFP often (almost always) fills leadership positions from within, giving its people a chance to grow in their career.

      Inconvénients

      Recent acquisitions led to some growing pains a few years ago, but DFP has worked to ensure that everything runs smoothly now and everyone is happy with their job.
