      Great people. Good work. You have the freedom to do what needs to get done.

      Inconvénients

      Not a stable business in the summer time. In 2015 and 2016, there have been layoffs.

      Avantages

      Good balance of home/work life Nice people competitive salary given the power/tools/respect needed to do your job well less stress and chaos

      Inconvénients

      MRP system is aged and cumbersome. There really aren't a whole lot of bad things to say about working here. I've worked in some other companies that were very stressful and chaotic

      Some wonderful people not many though

      These people treat you like garbage and throw you away, they don’t like to pay the money they owe to their employees.
