      Avantages

      Hands down, the best place I've ever worked. The culture is incredibly supportive and fun, and the work is genuinely interesting. The benefits are surprisingly great considering how bad the music industry can get, which is a great boost on morale. The flexible schedules are also really great! I love making my own hours.

      Inconvénients

      You really have to discipline yourself, as this is a remote job. And because of the nature of working from home, it can get a bit draining after a while.

      Avantages

      Finding DistroKid was like finding home. It's a place where you're free to be yourself, are able to make an impact and you work with super smart and amazing humans! There's never a day where I hate my job and I've been here for a while. I've never felt so seen and heard and it's paradise in terms of working. I am so grateful each and every day for DistroKid. Our schedules are flexible, people are understanding and always willing to support, collaborate and listen.

      Inconvénients

      Not seeing my coworkers in real life as much as I'd like to, but when we get together, it's a blast!

      - flexible schedule - great chill team - great benefits

      Inconvénients

      - lots of new products being created while previous ones still need work - prefers to get help overseas rather than in the US
