      Avantages

      Un'azienda ben strutturata, con pagamenti sempre precisi e consoni alla posizione (forse anche un po' più sopra della media). Team di lavoro super friendly e di supporto.

      Inconvénients

      Poche possibilità di crescita all'interno dell'azienda. Arrivati ad una certa posizione, rimani incatenata nelle stesse mansioni per lungo tempo. Ottimo per chi si accontenta di avere un lavoro, ma per i più ambizioni un po' frustrante.

      Avantages

      Multicultural environment. Nice CEO and open minded Manager.

      Inconvénients

      Unprofessional supervisors 80/20. "Familly like" attitude towards favorite and bullying towards "different". Expectations to work during brakes and on your free time on additional project to get a raise, but even when doing so, most important is expected to talk about what you doing, so it's noticed. Otherwise,no raise even working 130 % per KPI results.
