Avantages
Generous time off. Very focused on clients that are served. The work has a purpose and fulfills a need in the community. Great office location and space.
Inconvénients
Managers are not focused on their teams. It feels like everyone is scrambling and the importance of managing employees needs for support is thrown to the side. Little to no training or on-boarding. When there are employee problems, they are not dealt with which destroys team morale. While pay was adjusted, it is still below average. There is no merit increase, so under-performing staff still get the same benefits of staff who excel. No upward mobility,
