      Avantages

      Friendly, supportive culture and teams. Hybrid working. Travel opportunities. Manageable workload.

      Inconvénients

      Bad, insensitive, un-trustworthy higher management in Saudi Arabia. No benefits for mid/junior level employees even when the company is earning good profit. Increments were only given to leads/higher level. Unfair appraisals/ratings based on favoritism. Toxic, work obsessed leads. Limited budget for entertainment, no annual trips/dinners/functions.

      Uses outdates tech stack, No increments after you join, New hires earn more than experienced emplyees, Used to be good but new management sucks

      lots of projects and opportunity to travel. Good bonus if you work hard with new management started this
