      Didn't communicate well with staff, not much room to move up.

      Avantages

      Good staff, relaxed atmosphere, pay was alright, free beer

      Inconvénients

      Upper management was out of touch and didn't really seems to care if the place failed or was a success. Could have been really successful if they gave it more effort.
