      Avantages

      Some great people, fun clients, dog-friendly office, and lots of office parties that were fun to attend.

      Inconvénients

      Things used to be a lot more fun then they are now. Less social, a bit forced and awkward after layoffs. Management often says they don't know what's going on, which is not a good answer for an employee to hear.

      Great agency to work for, especially because of the people and their professionalism.

      Inconvénients

      The downsides are few—I'd say mainly the company's overall strategy.
