Avantages
The first year is blissful ignorance and then it goes downhill….. very quickly. Have to add extra words to meet the minimum. Nothing is worth it.
Inconvénients
- can’t trust management or directors - get paid more at KFC and McDonald’s - no progression opportunities but they’ll tell you there is and lure you in with it - no mental health support in place for staff - expected to do extra work consistently with no pay increase - only ever gave us a pay increase so they met the legal minimum wage - don’t take actual feedback on board - the most disrespectful and gaslighting workplace I have EVER been employed in - bad reputation known across the insurance world from ex-staff - caused me to have severe anxiety and actively made it worse when I asked for help
