Avantages
There are no good points, other than the other team members that make it bearable.
Inconvénients
Treated like a number, trying to provide good customer service but are told to hurry up and get on with the next call. Anytime you wanted to speak to a manager regarding a sensitive customer call, or a problem call that needed a manager were told to handle it yourself and to say it could be up to a week. Not good when dealing with people that needed appliances such as fridges sooner than that.
