Avantages

There are no good points, other than the other team members that make it bearable.

Inconvénients

Treated like a number, trying to provide good customer service but are told to hurry up and get on with the next call. Anytime you wanted to speak to a manager regarding a sensitive customer call, or a problem call that needed a manager were told to handle it yourself and to say it could be up to a week. Not good when dealing with people that needed appliances such as fridges sooner than that.

Good location. Interesting projects. Opportunity to make decent money.

Inconvénients

High pressure, stressful environment with jealous, sabotaging colleagues. Unrealistic budget targets and timelines.
