Pros: -The commission is great if you stay available, work efficiently, and do your best to meet expectations -Opportunities for advancement and yearly performance based raises - 4 weeks of PTO/year -A generous bonus/stipend given by Allstate to go towards health insurance, 401k or just to take as cash biweekly -Management actually cares and continuously works to improve employee satisfaction
Inconvénients
Cons: -Tech issues, slowdowns and system crashes are almost a weekly occurrence -This company will hire anyone, so mistakes happen when agents don’t know what they’re doing or haven’t been trained properly -Dealing with disrespectful customers and problems caused by other agents -High sales targets that change every month -Work from home is not an option
