Our mantra at digitify is to be as transparent and honest as possible. Many companies go through the process of growth and expansion, and on treading on this path, undergo a phase of restructuring. We had to take a very difficult decision of restructuring our staff but that was in light of our internal realignment of projects. Such steps are taken with proper evaluation and contemplation. Given the new direction we’re taking, we had to re-evaluate our staff as well, leading to the difficult decision. We value the feedback given to us as it is our goal to listen, hear what you have to say, improve and grow as an organisation.
