      Avantages

      Flexible hours with scheduling if you aren’t working in events.

      Inconvénients

      Extremely high stress job with a salary that doesn’t make up for it. You took your work with you most nights and were expected to be on call 24/7, even while on vacation. Very little praise or reward or morale in the office.

      Avantages

      The travel is great, being able to work in cities across the country

      Inconvénients

      Some events have long hours, the office hours also can be extremely boring (I went a full month of 40 hour weeks without having any work to do. What I was told I would be doing with the company during my interviews was not what I ended up doing, and was only 1/3rd of what I was told I would be doing, which also cut into how much money I expected to be making. The management seems very friendly but definitely should not be trusted. MAJOR FAVORITISM.
