      Avantages

      Really nonexistent. Start up feel if that’s something that you might find appealing.

      Inconvénients

      NO work life balance. 10+ hour shifts and work weekend days. Claims to be a company that has opportunities for growth but definitely still needs to work out A LOT of kinks. Unless you were there for the start of it, you will be busting your butt for years before making a decent wage. Pay structure is also very odd. Overall just a waste of time and a very unpleasant experience. Also, very inexperienced HR department with no a few holding positions they really should not.

      Non, was told there would be plenty of growth then was laid off.

      Inconvénients

      Over worked, work was never treated as good enough. Management always pushing for more and unattainable goals
