Avantages
I got in at the very beginning before the stores were even open. I knew who the in store manager was and he had told me about the job. The guy who interviewed me seemed nice but got irritated when I told him how much the store manager offered me wage wise. Which was barely over minimum wage.
Inconvénients
Toxic environment, the upper-level management lies about everything. They said we would get commission and that took over a year to even get set up, and it was next to nothing. They lie about everything, they are rude to customers and employees. They tell employees to lie to customers.
