      Avantages

      Flexible working (Hybrid) Very understanding management. Do not need approval to WFH when not feeling well, or have matters to attend to which requires you to be at home. Young colleagues

      Inconvénients

      Not so much of cons but can do better with more qualified and experienced managers.
