Easy onboarding but poor pay and growth potential - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) DigiFlight

My offer was to work as a level 4 (most senior level) and pay and was contingent on passing an interview with the prime contractor for doing IR work at CISA. The prime agreed I had the knowledge, but was lacking in actual work experience - which was a fair assessment. I expected Digiflight to revise their offer since they could not charge as much for me on the contract, but they stood by it. Within a year, I proved I can work independently, and conduct trainings (mostly on Linux) and was promoted by the Prime and shortly after that, by Digiflight as well. They also supported my doing volunteer training for IACIS (2 weeks per year) Overall they were good to me.

Some internal processes like training and travel are cumbersome, and not very well documented so this is opportunity for improvement.
