      Avantages

      little bit but not a thing when u know the cons

      too much control and too much workload, no time to take a break, this job make me have a mood disorders.

      Avantages

      You will have the ability to handle projects by yourself even though you are only a intern. It is a start up, so you enjoy the achievement of handling the project by your own and the flexibility to work.

      Inconvénients

      Bad boss, bad attitude towards staff, staff is not treated as what they deserved for. Staff leave at a rate of 3-4 per month, and the boss intends to hire intern and treat them like full time employee. The employer doesn't offer over time payments for interns even though they are requested to stay until 11pm.
