      They are focused on one type of device so it might seem a little chaotic but they are a growing company so it is normal.

      Inconvénients

      Need better managers given the complex nature of the problems.

      Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
