Avantages

Some engineering teams flexible with work from home. The product is cool.

Inconvénients

Dexcom is turning into a consumer electronics company as evident by the senior leadership being hired. This is no longer a place to learn how to make high quality medical devices. Individual contributors no longer have any say regarding what is important to quality. If you are good at taking marching orders no matter the impact, you'll be fine here. The company is becoming incredibly top heavy. Company culture is poor, there are "cost saving efforts" that restrict team building. Work life balance is getting worse as unrealistic timelines are being enforced. Managers don't trust their engineering teams and make decisions that impact your day to day without discussing if that decision makes sense.

Inconvénients

Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
