      1. Supportive and caring managers and peers 2. KPIs are well thought of and highly reasonable 3. Most of the people are engaged and lives the "malasakit culture"

      Inconvénients

      Still experiencing some of the "birth pains" as the company commenced its operations 2 years ago. BUT gradually it will come to it's stabilization phase.

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges

      Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
