      Best Company ever, all employee should be great-full for this company.

      Inconvénients

      Not really a downside, I should say disputes with the metrics. Dexcom doesn't have a system for disputes.

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges

      Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
