      Avantages

      Close to work, all co-workers are very friendly, and help in any way possible. Working there gave me a sense of purpose in life

      Inconvénients

      12 hr shifts operating mill and having to stand almost the whole shift

The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding
