My manangement line sees the hard work and dedication I put in and is always looking to help me better myself as both an individual contributor to the team and as a leader of people. There are a lot of pain points associated with an organization that is growing as fast as we are, but the team here consists of some of the smartest, hardest working, and innovative individuals I've ever had the pleasure of knowing.
