      Avantages

      - It was all good before changes started happening. - Hybrid set up - Travel opportunities if the role needs it - Leaders are okay to work with - Work environment is good, but may be depending on the team you are working with

      Inconvénients

      - Compensation and benefits not as competitive compared to the market. Salary increase is too low once you are in. Benefits like HMO provider is not good. - too much bureaucracy hindering progress - Disaster response not as effective to help impacted employees - Micromanagement

      Avantages

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges
