      Devox is a company where it's easy to grow, there's the opportunity to work on different types of projects, so you won't get bored. There's also a clear and understandable salary review process.

      Avantages

      Great company culture where you actually feel like part of a team, not just someone handed off to a client. There’s good support from both the internal team and the client side. Communication is open, people are friendly, and you always feel like your voice matters. It’s clear they care about creating a positive work environment.

      Inconvénients

      Most roles are tied to specific projects, so if a project ends, there’s a chance you might need to wait for the next one. The company does try to find something new for you, but the uncertainty can be a bit stressful at times.
