South Florida employees are the favorites.

This company is a fraternity. They will terminate employees for being a certain race. Most of the employees are from South Florida and Cuban. I witnessed this company eliminate Puerto Rican employees constantly. All the employees have worked with the managers previously with Humana. If you don’t know any of the managers and live outside of South Florida, the managers will exclude you. All the management are friends and will never promote agents internally.
