Flexible schedule, ample vacation time, 3 day weekend, excellent health benefits, great leadership overall.
Inconvénients
Low(er) pay, male supervisors micro manage, when taking a vacation you end up doing the same amount of work in shorter time, few opportunities for advancement, no regular raises.
