      DevOpsGroup was a great place to work. They offered lots of job opportunities to grow and develop, fostered an inclusive culture and excelled at technical capabilities.

      Avantages

      - Everyone in Cardiff office is very nice - Alot people mean well

      Inconvénients

      - Their highering people so fast they're throwing them at projects they have taken on. - Staff turn over is high - If not working in the head office feel very out of the loop - Due to engineering staff shortage, people placed on projects that completely misaligned to there skill sets supposed to just deliver things for clients. - Process/business structure seems to change all time with little input from engineers.
