DevComms has a great team that make the job really fun. People are at the heart of how the company operates and there is a real focus on personal professional development and progression for everyone. The company supports each member of the team through funding training and membership of professional bodies, as well as regular mentoring by the senior team. The environment is nurturing and supportive. We get to work with some of the countries best known companies as clients, so the work is fast paced and rewarding, with no two days being the same. The Leadership team is very open about the direction of the company and how everyone contributes to our success. No matter your experience or length of service, you are brought into the fold and invested in straightaway, with responsibility and progression provided as soon as you are ready. The work-life balance and flexibility are also good, with all team members able to home work as required.
Inconvénients
There are no negatives to working at DevComms. The team is diverse and spread over three locations, so it would be good to see some of my colleagues face to face more regularly, but otherwise there are no cons.
