      Avantages

      - Great people. Team is very collaborative and very smart. Everyone is helping out others. - Work life balance with open time off. There are at times requires overtime but not the norm. - Open communications with management. - Great team events. The yearly family day event and holiday parties are always the best. - Great location, on subway line. - Competitive compensation

      Inconvénients

      - Using dated technologies and not true cloud architecture

      Avantages

      Great product(s). CEO is a visionary, built a successful company. Marketing strategy is different but engages the whole higher education industry. They focus on a segment of the market that is growing. Solid, services, support and sales teams. They are a small company that operates like a large software company.

      Inconvénients

      The product(s) are not a true multi-tenant SaaS platform. "Fun" is not a part of the culture. Leaders do not encourage employees to take risks. While the marketing strategy engages the whole industry, it does not translate into qualified leads. The sales team is considered overhead. No retirement planning benefit. Integration with enterprise software providers like (Ellucian, Oracle, and Salesforce)
