Avantages

Perks are not bad, you don't have to work very hard

Inconvénients

Founder is extremely promotional and dictating. He contacted Glassdoor to have the bad reviews removed. Thank goodness Glassdoor is very open and real that it declined his request. As a wealth advisor, you might get slightly better pay than industry average but you don't have any power or say in what to invest for clients. That is why turnover is extremely high. Two of the biggest advisors left the company few years back, took 1/3 of the company's assets ($500m) away. As an analyst, you have 0 upside at Destination. Don't waste your time there. You are better off somewhere else. You won't learn anything from anyone. But if you are just looking for a 9 to 5 dead-end job, you should consider this place.

Great benefits Good pay Awesome people Compassion/Empathy as core values with opportunity to join company’s charity committee for those who really do love giving back Nice perks- fully stocked kitchen with discounted breakfast/lunch items available as well as healthy options for the health conscious Lots of charity iniatives throughout the year including a company-wide volunteering/service event for a day Managers who really care about you as a person, not just an employee

Inconvénients

There are a couple cliques that can be intimidating, but they’re kind people once you get to know them. Just requires patience and kindness.

Reasonably good benefits and pay

Inconvénients

A narcissistic "boss" who shoots from he hip and doesn't seem to have a clear strategy. Cult-like environment. Unwillingness to listen to employees. Lower "managers" who have zero managerial experience and frankly don't belong in the positions they are in, as they have no concept of how to communicate, motivate, or foster a positive team environment.
