      - Benefits - Some decent team members

      Inconvénients

      - toxic culture led by and propagated by mgmt - micromanagement - high turnover : with groups of people leaving every few months - blame culture - unrealistic workload with little support - unprofessional behavior is being condoned by mgmt - team members being undermined behind closed doors - mgmt is part of the gossip mill

      Good culture, flexible hybrid schedule.

      Inconvénients

      Laid off within my second year, quite callously. Personal comments made about my non-work relationship with coworkers and their respective connections/relationships to my family, during exit interview by the global head of HR. Extremely unprofessional in how they handled my exit. Was asked word for word "is this your first time getting fired?"
