One of the main bonuses was a plan for personal growth - but over the years this has almost completely disappeared - meaning there is a promise that is not kept. Feeling of gaslighting - sometimes you are convinced that things are in your favor when it is a systemic constraint, and it is better to convey it in the same way. Personal management that eliminates a sense of competence, there is no backing for failures, only the adoption of successes. Over time, everything became "leaner", the work load increased and the level of the projects dropped a lot, everything became flatter, shorter times and thus the supply of customers decreased significantly, along with the staff.
