      Avantages

      No to many pros to be honest. Benefits are okay and that's the gist of the good things from this company. PTO system changed every year I was there but at least we were given a good amount.

      Inconvénients

      They make us feel like we're worthwhile before telling us we'd get a raise of 1% or less. not much company culture outside of Townhall meetings. Pay is also lower than other companies offering the similar work.

      Smart people, used to be a boutique and really cool, interesting, and fun creative agency.

      Inconvénients

      Lost its way, pursuing work for the cheapest amount, sacrificing quality, relationships, and integrity with promises to clients.
