      Salary & compensation is uncompetitive, under industry average, and shows no sign of changing. This means people stay only as long as they can bear until leaving for greener pastures, often to clients & competitors.

      Lost its way, pursuing work for the cheapest amount, sacrificing quality, relationships, and integrity with promises to clients.
