      Avantages

      Some incredibly talented and friendly people work here. The studios have a pretty decent work culture.

      Inconvénients

      Do not take a job in any of the Global teams. They are poorly managed and understaffed, and leadership takes no responsibility for the bullying and toxic culture. HR doesn't take you seriously if you report it. Seeing such an incredible company turn so clique in less than 18 months is nothing short of depressing.

      I've had the pleasure of working at Designit for 3 years, and it has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. The company truly values creativity, collaboration, and personal growth. The leadership team is supportive, and they actively encourage open communication and fresh ideas. The work environment is inclusive, with a real focus on work-life balance.       Smart people, used to be a boutique and really cool, interesting, and fun creative agency.

      Inconvénients

      Lost its way, pursuing work for the cheapest amount, sacrificing quality, relationships, and integrity with promises to clients.
