      Avantages

      People are great human beings and very good designers. There are a lot of spaces to share, talk and have fun. Projects are very different depending on geography but are most interesting.

      Inconvénients

      The culture was very much affected by Wipro and Rational acquisitions. Structural differences in salaries that are not equitable. Used to feel very flat, now it feels like leadership is powerless.

      I've had the pleasure of working at Designit for 3 years, and it has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. The company truly values creativity, collaboration, and personal growth.       Inconvénients

      Lost its way, pursuing work for the cheapest amount, sacrificing quality, relationships, and integrity with promises to clients.
