      Hello! Great to hear from a friend in Bengaluru and I'm glad to see that you're experiencing a lot of the important things that makes Designit a great place to be. We will continue to work on aligning the culture across all our offices whilst allowing local quirks to give each office a unique flavour. Hopefully you also feel you are able to create a discussion around how we can increase autonomy and make you feel you're more trusted to be creative.

      Smart people, used to be a boutique and really cool, interesting, and fun creative agency.

      Inconvénients

      Lost its way, pursuing work for the cheapest amount, sacrificing quality, relationships, and integrity with promises to clients.
