      Avantages

      - Quite flat hierarchy and people are generally nice - Get to know some amazing talented and nice colleagues - Lots of personal space - Little extra benefits, for instance company friday's sharing, cake day every week, beer every friday afternoon, the yearly 4-days itrip... etc

      Inconvénients

      - All top-dog positions are filled by Danes - Danish offices seem to get more benefits than the rest - Promotion opportunity is almost impossible despite a flat hierarchy - Some are not creatives at all and just here because they know "important" people

      I've had the pleasure of working at Designit for 3 years, and it has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. The company truly values creativity, collaboration, and personal growth.       Smart people, used to be a boutique and really cool, interesting, and fun creative agency.

      Inconvénients

      Lost its way, pursuing work for the cheapest amount, sacrificing quality, relationships, and integrity with promises to clients.
