      Avantages

      A good place for freshers to build their careers. Salary will be on time. As there are a huge number of projects comprising of high rise residential and commercial projects one will get good chance to learn quickly

      Inconvénients

      You have to work up to 7:30 PM sometimes even longer, the office location is not at all good. No Work Life balance

      the job is challenging and makes u learn

      Inconvénients

      but the environment is very toxic especially for beginner and salary is low, and the growth is slow and have to put hard working hours
