Avantages
I love this business, and have since I joined almost 11 years ago. Starting at an entry-level role, I am now a leader in the business with over 14 in my team, looking after and running one of the best hospitality discovery platforms in the UK. This team and company mean the world to me, and I have peers who have equally been here as long because of the enviroment, exciting workload and positive outlook that the business encourages, further supported by our acquiring company, The Access Group. Plus, you really do just have to love hospitality, and I really do. There is major opportunity here, and the chance to work for some of the UK biggest brands in both B2C and B2B in the software space.
Inconvénients
It's the obvious, which is a fast pace. It's a quick-moving industry with lots of recent challenges from covid to the cost of living crisis, so you have to be flexible, adaptable, and hot on priority to get success.
