      Avantages

      Uncapped commission dollars. You can be creative with your sales tactics. My clients love their memberships so it’s easy to sell. Also, it feels like I’m an entrepreneur in this role. My earnings are a direct reflection of my effort.

      Inconvénients

      Might be hard for those who need lots of structure. Personally I prefer the freedom, but I don’t think this position is for people who lack discipline or motivation. You have to be accountable to yourself in order to succeed.

      Inconvénients

      You will be pushed to grow and must be innovative. This is not a company to work at if you're not into putting forth your best effort daily.
