Avantages

disruptive technology , a different approach to dermatology diagnostics

Inconvénients

No clear direction , no transparency , no teamwork . Company doesn't understand dermatology marketplace therefore their approach has alienated many key opinion leaders . Currently the sales model is not sustainable and there are few answers to massive hurdles in adoption .

Avantages

Leadership is phenomenal, very supportive, listens to employee's concerns. Has a vested interest to see employees succeed in their role. Remote positions with option to go into the office.

Inconvénients

I can't think of any downsides to working at DermTech. I have no complaints.
