      -Hardworking and honest CEO -Amazing campaign management, reporting and advanced analytics teams -Very flexible office hours

      Inconvénients

      -Company has been on a downhill since 2011 -Weak sales pipeline -Was underpaid compared to the competition -High attrition from 2011

      Excellent Motivation, good learning & training on Statistical techniques. Recognition of talent and handwork.
