Inconvénients
No hike so far as company was in loss. I have worked here almost 3 years but did not get any hike. No bonus, No other facilities. Need to work in night shift and once the shift assigned and permanently need to work on same shift and no weekend offs and you will be given 2 days off on weekdays. Day shift opportunity is very less until unless you have a valid reason. Yesterday night I was on week off suddenly meeting got arranged middle of the night and they said they are reducing staff in india. Yes they paid for 30 days for salary in prior but it was heart breaking. Never expected this with Denali as I was always felt proud to be working with Denali but not anymore. I was requested for 60 days of working but on spot they layed me off. So no job security at all. Not about performance reason and it's just excessive staffing issue. Also ss per employee policy they did everything for exit process like salary, leave encashment so no comments on it.
