Def not the case, Disorganized because of the 'no managers' model, a few do a lot of the work and many do very little, but look busy. The ones not doing much are the 'favorites' and they know it and take advantage of it. Once you make a mistake there's no redeeming yourself, you're on the list forever. The owners Christian faith is displayed loud and proud, but the Lord warns us of 'wolves in sheep's clothing'. Benefits are sub-par.
