      Avantages

      *Strong customer base with many customers nationwide *Executives are heavily involved in running the company and care about the quality of service that customers receive *Good reputation with clients *Many long term clients

      Inconvénients

      *Very much a "good old boys" network, women and minorities only hold lower level positions and have limited authority *Management can be verbally abusive, and often use profanity towards employees *Management style is very much "build you up and break you down" *Antiquated business model *Pay is below industry standard

      Avantages

      People in the field are great to work with. "Usually" everyone helps each other. Customer base is large so you are always busy.

      Inconvénients

      They will work you to death and no overtime pay to speak of. No raises or reviews, just a bunch of talk about how business is tough out there. Benefits are way overpriced. People leave and never get replaced, just dump it on the other guys.
