      Avantages

      Hours, location, and some benefits. Co-workers are good.

      Inconvénients

      Management is not in tune with employees. Performance reviews are hard to come by, even though they are supposed to be done every 18 months.

      They are supportive and very kind people. We have fun at work and life is great.

      Avantages

      People in the field are great to work with. "Usually" everyone helps each other. Customer base is large so you are always busy.

      Inconvénients

      They will work you to death and no overtime pay to speak of. No raises or reviews, just a bunch of talk about how business is tough out there. Benefits are way overpriced. People leave and never get replaced, just dump it on the other guys.
